Nikki Vrba

With over 13 years in real estate, Nikki has built her business on trust, honest guidance and thoughtful strategy. Her approach goes well beyond the transaction, combining market knowledge, sharp pricing, strong negotiation and elevated marketing with a hands-on level of preparation that helps her clients make confident decisions and achieve exceptional results.

With a natural eye for design and a genuine love for all things home, Nikki is especially passionate about preparing properties for market. From thoughtful staging and presentation to positioning and launch strategy, she believes the details matter and that how a home is brought to market can have a meaningful impact on the result.

Having lived in Halton for most of her life, Nikki brings extensive knowledge of Milton, Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding area, while also regularly working with clients throughout Waterdown, Hamilton and beyond. Her connection to the area is personal: she grew up in Milton and, after living in Ottawa, British Columbia, Toronto and Burlington, returned to Milton, where she designed and built her own custom home.

Nikki holds an Honours degree in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and began her career in banking before entering real estate in 2013. She is a RE/MAX Hall of Fame member and Lifetime Achievement recipient and works with clients in both English and Czech.

Outside of real estate, Nikki is happiest travelling, snowboarding, hiking, cooking and hosting family and friends, or spending time at home with her husband Jay and their Bernedoodles, Ellie and River.
