Sam combines a natural ability to connect with people with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to real estate.
Alongside her role as a REALTOR®, Sam is also VRBA Realty Group’s administrative manager, giving her a unique perspective on both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes sides of real estate. From listing preparation and marketing to client care and transaction coordination, her hands-on involvement across the business has given her a strong understanding of what it takes to keep every detail moving.
Sam graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Before real estate, she spent eight years in the hospitality industry, where working closely with people shaped her strong work ethic, ability to connect with others and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, Sam is happiest around a table with good food, good wine and her favourite people. She holds her WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, loves to travel, eat spicy food, and host her family and friends.
She was born and raised in Milton and genuinely loves the community and its people. Her dream is to own a property in the country that houses a few of her favourite farm animals.
